Yoga is one of my top favorite things in the world. When I dream up my “perfect” day and write out an idealized schedule, it always starts with morning yoga. I have a mat permanently set up in my office and when I’m at home, my online classes of choice are on Peloton. I love all the instructors I’ve taken class with on Peloton, but my favorite two yoga teachers who I keep coming back to over and over are Aditi (Aditi on Instagram) and Chelsea (Chelsea on Instagram). Highly recommend.

- Firelight – this was my home studio until I got pregnant with my second and had to stop practicing hot yoga. I learned to LOVE hot yoga at Firelight. I was practically addicted to it – even during the summer – and I was sad to move away from it, but happy to have found Muni Muni in Vancouver.
- Modo – OMG, you guys this is my FAVORITE studio in Manhattan and I found one in Portland!
